GP Extended Access

W have extended hours on Wednesday between the hours of 6.30pm - 8.00pm.


Book your Appointment through Patient Access

Patient Access is available to ALL our registered patients.  Once registered, you can book your appointment(s) online.

Routine Appointments

You can make an appointment to see the GP or the nurse 2 weeks in advance or on the same day by telephoning; 

01895632410 for Ruislip or

01895637800 for Ickenham  

or it can be done in person at the surgery.

Please note the phone lines open from 8:30am -1.00pm and 2.00pm - 6.30pm Monday to Friday at Ruislip and 8.30 – 1.00pm and 3.30pm – 6.30pm at Ickenham. We close on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Ickenham at 1.00pm.

We need your co-operation – It is of great help to indicate what the problem is at the time of booking an appointment to help our staff to determine the length and consulting clinician. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know immediately as there are other people awaiting appointments that could benefit from your cancellation.

Please note minor ailments such as a cold, cough etc. will be seen by the Practice Nurse Shahrzad Hooshangi.
