To avoid any delays in registering, please provide us with as much detail as possible and ensure that it is correct. We kindly request that you ask your previous GP to send us your care record via email so that we can provide you with better care immediately. We would like to inform you that there have been some delays in transferring care records electronically.
Furthermore, if you register with us without being in the catchment area, please note that our doctors may not be able to provide a home visit. You will need to provide us with an agreement disclaimer email.
